How to pay
Add your chosen jewelry to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact and US delivery details, review the items, applicable taxes and total, then enter your payment details and submit the order. US shipping is free. Your payment provider and card issuer review and authorize the transaction.
Payment security
Payment details are submitted through checkout and processed by the payment provider. Use a secure connection and never send your complete card number or security code by email.
Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address entered at checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us. Orders are subject to payment verification and availability. Tracking is sent when the order ships.
Payment problems
If a payment is declined, check your card details and billing address, contact your issuer, or try another accepted card. A pending authorization may be a temporary hold; your card issuer can explain its release. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us with your order number without sending full card details.
